Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here.

As women, we move through life stages that constantly reshape our bodies, our confidence, and our wellbeing. Yet support for women through these transitions is often limited, misunderstood, or missing altogether. That gap is why I do what I do.

So, what makes me qualified to help women?

First, life experience. I’m a mum of two beautiful children. One pregnancy was complicated by Gestational Diabetes and a premature birth; the other was more straightforward. I live with thyroid disease and have become pre-diabetic as a result of my pregnancy history. I’ve also undergone a hysterectomy due to Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, and necrotic fibroids—one of which even prolapsed.

I know what it means to navigate pain, recovery, hormonal changes, and the emotional weight that comes with them. I understand how hard it can be to feel strong in a body that’s constantly changing.

And second, formal qualifications. I hold Certificate III and IV in Fitness, as well as specialised training in Women’s Health and Pilates. My combination of knowledge and lived experience allows me to support women with empathy, safety, and evidence-based practice.

My mission is simple: to provide women with a judgment-free environment where they feel safe to be open, honest, and themselves. I’m here to help you discover your New Strength—no matter your age, stage, or history.

Whether you're rebuilding after pregnancy, navigating hormonal shifts, recovering from surgery, or simply wanting to feel stronger and more energised, you deserve to feel proud of your body and what it can do.

Your journey won’t look like anyone else’s—and that’s something to celebrate.

Let’s help you become the strongest, healthiest version of you: uniquely you.
