About

My name is Melissa Deveney

I’m a women’s health–focused personal trainer dedicated to supporting women through every stage of life. My passion comes from lived experience. I’m a mum of two, have navigated a complicated pregnancy with Gestational Diabetes, live with thyroid disease, and have undergone a hysterectomy due to Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, and necrotic fibroids. I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to feel strong in a body that’s constantly changing.

Alongside this personal insight, I hold Certificate III and IV in Fitness, as well as specialised training in Women’s Health and Pilates. My approach blends evidence-based training with empathy, safety, and a deep understanding of the female body.

My mission is to create a judgment-free environment where women feel supported, confident, and empowered to rediscover their strength. No matter your age, stage, or history, I’m here to help you find your New Strength and feel proud of the body you live in.
